Description
** Please note that in Novemeber 2011 the home was fully refurbished,
we are awaiting new photos for Villadirect's website
Our
house is important to us. We keep it in tip-top shape because we
use it too. We want it to be comfortable firstly for our guests and of
course we decorate and furnish it to a standard that we enjoy
also.
**We bought this property in June
2011 and in November we started a complete re-design and upgrade, new
photo's will be added very soon, all new top of the range Samsung
Kitchen appliances, new deep pile luxurious bedroom carpets, new
bedding, all walls painted, new living room furniture and Kitchen
table, all new LCD TV's, every room now has DVD Combo with either 26 or
32" LCD.
As time passes we will constantly
improve the property, in 2011 the property was 4 star rated and now it
moves to 5 star, soon we hope to go Diamond Disney status by adding
home cinema before the Autumn of 2012, our goal is to exceed your
expectations, we hope you have a great stay at Cocoa Palms, will
recommend it to your friends and hopefully comeback.

Palms Resort community, just 3 miles from Walt Disney World in
Kissimmee, Florida and the wonderful Disney town of Celebration
You may find homes that rent for less a
night, but you will find very few
as nice as ours, Windsor Palms resort is one of the best in the region,
very well cared for and a very safe place for your kids to play, this
is a gated community that has 24hr manned security. We offer far
better value than any hotels when you consider we can sleep comfortably
up to 10 people and the facility's we offer, before booking on other

With just about an hours drive
you can go either East or West to enjoy Florida's fantastic beaches for
rest and relaxation or to take part in many sports.
FOUR BEDROOMS and three bathrooms, fully air-conditioned; this Orlando
vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests
WITH TWO MASTER SUITES.
You will LOVE our pool; it faces south. South facing pool = SUN ALL
DAY.
There is NOTHING worse than coming to Florida to get some sun and then
needing to sit in a folding chair on the driveway instead of the pool
deck. That will NEVER happen at Cocoa Palms.
AND our pool deck is private. We've planted hedges between us and our
neighbors and we face the outside fence of the community ... so you
will find the pool very private and not be watching the neighbors swim
while you sunbathe.
The Main Gate of Disney World is LESS THAN 3 miles away, Animal
Kingdom and Blizzard Beach are very close and not to far way is Lego
Land. At
night you can hear and see the fireworks from Epcot.
Some of the area's best shops and restaurants are just minutes away
along highway 192 and in nearby Disney town Celebration.
Should you wish to eat in you
will find our Kitchen has everything you need, large Granite worktops,
all the cupboard space you could ever need, new Stainless Steel
appliances, large 29 cu/ft refridgerator with french doors
incorporating filtered water outlet and ice maker, Clock Radio with
Ipod docking, Dish Washer, Washing Machines and Tumble drier, remember
we live here to sometimes so it needs to be home from home.
The red-hot Atlanta Braves Spring Training stadium is just beyond the
Main Gate of Disney World, the Houston Astro practice and play just
down 192. AND the amazing Detroit Tigers are just down I-4 in Lakeland
every March.
The resort's clubhouse is only a few hundred metres away from our front
door on
the next block. Close
enough to walk, but far enough that you never hear the noise.
The clubhouse is great for the kids. It offers an array of free
amenities available to all the resort’s guests. There are lighted
tennis courts and state-of-the-art fitness room, business center.
This is also the perfect place to lounge around the huge resort pool,
kiddie pool and hot-tub and sunning yourself as you and the kids meet
other guests and families.
Kids of all ages will want to stop at the video games room or play pool
or table tennis inside the clubhouse.
There is also an 58-seat cinema in the clubhouse that has regular
showings of popular and recent family-friendly movies.
Outside the clubhouse, you will find picnic and barbecue stands near
the tennis courts, a kids play-lot, basketball courts and a sand
volleyball court. There is even a sundry shop in the clubhouse if you
run short of sun block, grocery's , need a drink, ice cream or a
newspaper.
Our house has a HUGE family room with a 15-foot high cathedral ceiling
and sliding glass doors that provide a stunning view of the private
pool.
There is a sleeper sofa, love seat, occasional tables
and coffee table, lamps and a huge 46-inch large-screen TV, with cable,
a DVD player
Just outside the family room, beyond the covered lanai with dining
table, is the screened pool-deck and the (optionally) heated, private
pool and bubbling spa. This south facing, sun-drenched pool and
spacious deck are the largest Windsor Palms offers. So you and your
family can splash around, tan in the warm Florida sunshine, and then
enjoy the shaded lanai for lunch.
Three beautiful King Palms border the deck and hedges make the pool
area private. For extra added protection for young infants should you
need it, all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with
additional safety locks and switchable alarms.
Sleeping accommodation includes TWO master bedrooms with their own
bathrooms
The first master bedroom has a King-size bed, cable TV and DVD player,
nightstands with lamps, a clock/radio, dresser and
walk-in closet, plus a spacious master bathroom with double vanity
basins, roman soaking tub, walk-in shower and toilet.
The second master bedroom also enjoys a King-size bed, cable TV,
nightstands with lamps, a clock/radio, closet...and it too
has its own master bathroom suite with a walk-in shower, vanity basin
with mirror, and a toilet.
The third and fourth bedrooms both with twin beds are perfect for
small or large kids.
WE have not themed our kids rooms as we wanted the house to suit a wide
range of guests although the two smaller bedrooms are slightly more
colourful, the kids will have all day at Disney to see their
heroes, however soon we hope to make the games room one of the best in
the area for kids of all ages to enjoy.
Both bedrooms also feature cable TV, DVD players, plus dresser and
closet space and share a family bathroom.
The games room provides extra family fun, with a regulation size pool
table and air hockey table. Also we plan to upgrade the games room in
2012 by adding a home cinema and other entertainment features to make
your stay even more fun.
