Manufactured and Designed exclusively for KORR  high quality manual cam chain tensioners For Husaberg and KTM models Manual tensioners are used in all Factory KTM and Husaberg engines, they give precise control of chain tension and improve reliability, the standard hydraulic tensioner is self adjusting and needs oil pressure, but it can fail if dirt gets inside the mechanism or the  oil pressure drops, which may cause the chain to jump and change timing . Also  too much oil pressure makes too much tension on the chain causing power loss. These manual adjusters fit all the following models KTM 250 EXC-F/SXF/XCF 06-12, 400/450/500/530 EXC-R 08-12, 450/505 SMR/SXF 07-12 and Husaberg 390-570 all years .
